Full job description

Binghamton, NY, USA | Hourly | 26-28 per hour | Full Time

$26-28 an hour

Position Summary: The County Lead supervises Community Based Providers, for the CFTSS program, in their assigned region. The County Lead is responsible to ensure all program guidelines are followed and services are properly documented in the electronic health record.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage referrals from a variety of resources

  • Maintain collaboration with clients, families, staff, programs, and community contacts

  • Provide regular supervision to staff

  • Facilitate staff meetings

  • Correspond with leadership with the program and agency

  • Work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team

  • Actively work to maintain program growth and sustainability

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required

Experience:

  • 2 years of related experience working with youth with mental health concerns, addiction, or in foster care settings is required

  • Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment required
