How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Treat outpatients within an interdisciplinary care program.

  • Focus primarily on neurological diagnoses, with an emphasis on stroke rehabilitation.

  • Manage complex medical, orthopedic, and spine conditions.

  • Schedule is 20 hours a week Tuesday, Friday, and every other Wednesday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with 1 weekend shift per 4 weeks.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.

  • Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • 2 years of outpatient neuro or inpatient rehab setting.
