Precision Assembler - Assembly Technician

Location: Kent Assembly Area

Schedule: 1st shift, Mon–Fri, 7am–3pm (8 hours, 1-hour paid lunch)

Pay: $18–24/hour, annual bonus; temp-to-hire (2–3 months)

Role Overview:

Work in our Pump Repair Cell, assembling mechanical and electrical components. Candidates with hands-on mechanical experience (working on cars or similar) are preferred.

Key Duties:

• Interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and electrical prints

• Use micrometers, feeler gauges; understand tolerances

• Knowledge of pneumatic systems, pipes, valves, fittings

• Position, lift, and assemble parts (up to 50 lbs)

• Forklift operation required

• Wire electrical components per drawings

• Document hours, complete quality checks

Requirements:

• Good physical condition; frequent lifting, bending, crawling, climbing

• Ability to work in a loud, factory environment; PPE required

• Team player, willing to participate in improvement projects
