Job Description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a product Specialist responsible for the technical, applications and marketing support of PENDOTECH transmitter products by supporting the Head of Marketing in future product development projects and maintaining active products, marketing content development, and supporting customers. What You'll Do:

Support the Product Manager through technical product knowledge and serve as an expert for the Transmitter product line.

Assist the Product Manager with documentation, including editing and supplying new content for hardware and software user manuals.

Identify systematic issues affecting product line health.

Work closely with R&D, manufacturing teams, and external partners to execute continuous improvement initiatives to improve KPIs.

Provide support to Quality and the Production Organization with product testing, product final inspection and evaluation of regulatory requirements for new/or existing products.

Assist the R&D and Product Management departments with new products and product upgrades.

Support Engineering team by providing guidance for structured testing.

Develop and provide technical/ product/ applications expertise to support field marketing events and technical conferences.

Support Applications and global technical support teams with product-related topics/questions/issues and address customer issues.

Support Market Organizations and Market Managers with the development and execution of training programs for internal and external customers.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.

Two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in developing or working with transmitters, analytical instruments, process analytical technology, and/or related software.

Working understanding of biopharma analytical methods

Open and effective communication style, excellent public presentation skills, skills, cross-organizational teamwork.

Passion for technology and innovation that can be translated into meaningful actions to support the development of new products.
