The Mars team is responsible for bringing Meraki Dashboard features to the Cisco Catalyst family .

Your Impact

• Design, develop, validate, and automate scalable features that simplify network management for customers.

• Translate complex functionality into intuitive and efficient customer experiences.

• Collaborate with Product Management, TMEs, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.

• Deliver features on time with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer value.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 8+ years of software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, Golang, or Java with Spring Boot, building scalable cloud applications, backend services, and REST APIs.

• Strong React.js UI development experience, building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.

• Experience with containerization, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.

• Experience in system design, code quality, and mentoring/guiding engineers on engineering best practices.

• Exposure to LLMs and AI-assisted development, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, customer-focused software.

Preferred:

• Exposure to or understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
