Job Title :Senior Technical Project / Program Manager
Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project / Program Manager to coordinate and lead high-complexity technical projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating business and technology partners, overseeing resource allocation, and supporting a high-performing team in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives.

Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to project schedules.

Manage allocated resources across multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.

Mentor team members and provide feedback to foster a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).

5+ years of experience in a related field.

In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field.
