Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth through integrated marketing campaigns. This role will develop and execute marketing initiatives across social media, digital channels, content, media, and events while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Create and manage social media, content marketing, influencer, and employee advocacy programs.

Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.

Partner with sales, content, design, and growth teams to maximize campaign impact.

Manage media planning and agency/vendor relationships to ensure successful campaign execution.

Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities, including logistics and stakeholder management.

Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand voice and business objectives.

Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and psychological safety.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or media planning.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Experience measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI using CRM and analytics tools.

Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Location: PLAYA VISTA CA 90094 (Hybrid)

Pay Details: $69.64 per hour
