Epic Resolute PB Analyst

Job Description

IG is looking for a well-rounded Epic Analyst who can serve as both a technical expert and operational partner. The ideal candidate has experience supporting complex healthcare applications, understands how technology impacts clinical and business workflows, and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Candidates with strong Epic build experience, application optimization expertise, and the ability to independently manage projects and support activities will stand out. They need someone who is consultative, customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of driving workflow improvements while ensuring application stability and user satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

• Epic Certification in supported application area
• 3+ years of Epic analyst, healthcare IT, or application support experience
• Experience with Epic build, configuration, workflow analysis, and production support
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and system integrations
• Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into system design and configuration
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting testing, upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives
• Strong stakeholder communication and customer-facing skills
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Multi-application Epic experience
• Experience supporting integrated third-party systems in addition to Epic
• Healthcare operations or clinical workflow experience
• Reporting, analytics, and data validation experience
• Experience creating training materials and leading end-user education
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or team members
