Bilingual Team Lead – English, Vietnamese & Spanish
Position Title: Bilingual Team Lead
Location: 4600 Pleasant Hill Memphis, TN 38118
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The Bilingual Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing leadership and support to associates, and ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and attendance expectations are met. This role serves as a key point of contact between management and employees, helping facilitate communication across a diverse workforce. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and either Vietnamese or Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in multicultural environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of associates to achieve operational goals and performance expectations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements.

Monitor attendance, productivity, and quality metrics and address issues as needed.

Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
-
Translate and interpret information, policies, procedures, and work instructions for employees.

Serve as a liaison between management and associates to resolve concerns and promote employee engagement.

Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to leadership.

Support workforce planning, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or staffing environment preferred.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management systems.
Language Requirements

English: Primary language with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Vietnamese: Professional working proficiency required.
-
Spanish: Professional working proficiency required.
-
Ability to effectively communicate, translate, and interpret information in all three languages is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required by the work environment.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends, when needed.

Knowledge of staffing, HR, onboarding, and employee relations practices.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
