Debt Collections Representative

Our client, a legal services organization specializing in consumer debt collections and judgment executions, is seeking a Collections Representative to join their team. As a Collections Representative, you will be part of the Legal Collections Division supporting attorneys and legal staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Collections Representative

Location: Clarksburg, WV

Pay Range: Up to $720 weekly

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Manage outbound and inbound collection calls to consumers regarding debt obligations

• Track and maintain account status, payment activity, and follow-ups

• Prepare, review, and process legal and collections documentation, including summons and filings

• Assist with drafting legal correspondence and collection-related documents

• Coordinate with courts and legal offices regarding case status and filings

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in collections, legal collections, or accounts receivable

• Strong understanding of debt collection processes and account management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to handle high-volume workload with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and phone skills
