This role ensures leads are captured, scored, and measured accurately from first touch through to sales-accepted pipeline, and serves as a key marketing operations point of contact for Salesforce, keeping data, campaigns, and processes aligned across marketing and sales.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead & Contact Strategy: Own cross-division lead and contact strategy, defining how records are structured, segmented, and prioritized to support marketing and sales motions.

  • Marketing Operations: Manage lead scoring optimization, campaign operations, and event roster reconciliation for the assigned areas of the business.

  • Funnel & Lifecycle Management: Own full-funnel management, lead lifecycle operations, and nurture program execution to ensure leads progress cleanly from marketing to sales.

  • Event Data Capture: Own event lead-capture tooling, including data enrichment, integration, Salesforce synchronization, troubleshooting, and reporting to ensure event data flows cleanly into the CRM.

  • Salesforce Operations: Serve as a marketing operations point of contact for Salesforce by managing the request queue, coordinating with Business Transformation and Operations, and communicating process changes across Marketing and Operations.

  • Enablement & Change Management: Build SOPs, rollout communications, and field training for lead strategies, outbound list additions, and process and flow changes to drive adoption of new tools and workflows.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, or a directly related field

  • 5+ years of marketing operations, revenue operations, or related experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on Salesforce administration and CRM operations experience, including managing requests and queues, integrations, and data flow

  • Experience with funnel and lifecycle operations (MQL/SAL/SQL and nurture) across marketing automation and CRM systems

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline, attribution, and marketing performance reporting

  • Experience building process documentation (SOPs) and delivering field enablement and training

  • Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
