Job Description

Daekyo America Inc. seeks a Franchise Business Division Leader in Fort Lee, NJ.

POSITION DUTIES:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

Plan Strategic Directions for Business Expansion

Design and Operate KPI Frameworks

Monitor Performance through Data-Driven Indicators

Franchise Governance & Operation

Responsible for developing and executing mid- to long-term strategies for the sustainable growth of the franchise business, including regional strategies, new program launches, and center

expansion initiatives.

Oversees franchisee performance, including revenue and enrollment growth, and manages compliance matters related to contracts, royalties, audits, and corporate policies.

Leads new business initiatives such as entry into new states, pilot programs, and the planning and execution of expansion projects in coordination with internal teams and franchisees.

Utilize data analysis related to revenue, costs, royalty structures, and marketing effectiveness to support strategic decision-making, financial oversight, and executive-level reporting.

Salary: 135,034/ yr. EOE.
