High-Level Recruiter III responsible for full-cycle recruiting across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Quality, and related life sciences functions. Partners with hiring managers and scientific leaders to develop hiring strategies, identify talent, manage candidate pipelines, and successfully fill complex mid-to-experienced level positions. The ideal candidate brings biotechnology or pharmaceutical recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to act as a strategic talent advisor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
