Key Responsibilities: •Assess holistic health needs, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement individualized care plans. •Perform nursing procedures, including medication administration and emergency care. •Collaborate on or lead health teaching and supportive counseling. •Provide clinical direction and guide healthcare personnel.
