Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced UX Designer III for one of our clients in the Global Logistics industry. Responsibilities include: Design and deliver user experiences Create process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to define requirements and features Conduct and incorporate usability testing findings into design solutions Analyze user behavior and performance data to optimize experiences Present designs, recommendations, and strategies to leadership and stakeholders Help establish UX best practices and design standards across the organization

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of UX/Interaction Design experience supporting web or software applications Strong experience creating:

User flows Wireframes High-fidelity mockups End-to-end user experiences Expert-level Figma skills Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and case studies Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams Ability to leverage user research, usability testing, analytics, and data to inform design decisions Experience presenting design concepts to stakeholders and executive audiences Strong understanding of:

Information Architecture Usability principles User-Centered Design (UCD) GenAI proficiency with an understanding of terminologies and basic practice in utilizing AI tools in day-to-day design workflows. Experience with running UX discovery workshops to bring cross-functional alignment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field Experience working in Agile environments Experience supporting highly technical products or teams Prototyping experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar technologies Strong communication and presentation skills
