Job Summary Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. Acts in lead capacity to other nursing staff.

Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS (AHA)] - American Heart Association (AHA) preferred Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred Oncology Certified Nurse [OCN] - Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) preferred Neonatal Resuscitation Certification [NRP] - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification [PALS] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred

Experience Clinical nursing experience 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
• Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
