Drive strategic goal-setting by aligning departmental objectives with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring our facility remains a benchmark for safety and integrity.

Manage vital resources by overseeing budgets and staffing workflows, ensuring your team has the tools and support they need to provide uninterrupted, premium care.

Champion regulatory integrity by directing internal audits and managing resident transitions (admissions and discharges) to guarantee full compliance with state and federal healthcare standards.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
-
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
-
BLS Provider preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience:
-
5 years of experience required.
-
10 years of experience preferred.
-
2 years of leadership or management experience required.
-
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
