Position Summary/Role Description: The OEM Sales Manager will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts. The Sales Manager uses expertise in automotive parts—specifically interior surface-treated components as well as vinyls, leathers, and synthetic leathers—and experience in the automotive materials sector to hunt and farm new business opportunities.
Requirements
Role Description and Responsibilities:

Build key customer relationships and trust among top customers within the automotive parts and materials sectors.

Gain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, customer demand, and competitor activities from a parts sales and supply chain management perspective.

Obtain information regard to new product development launching date
-
Follow up on approved duties related to parts sales projects (such as RFQ acquisition, pricing negotiations, and mass production management) as necessary.

Interface with your local branch or ATL Corporate Office as required.

Handle administrative tasks related to the management and operation of your individual boundaries.

Sales and management of industrial materials/product.

Collect and report competitive intelligence within our industry and among our key product competitors. Education and Work Experience:

Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.

At least 3 years minimum experience within sales and marketing
-
Experiences in Autoskin(Car & Leather seat) Sales or other relevant experience will be considered.

Tier 1 Automotive Industry experience is a plus Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent oral and written, communication and organization skills

Proficient in English & Korean

Excellent Microsoft office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)

Excellent selling skills and strong marketing knowledge

The energy and focus to achieve goals and be results oriented;
