VoIP Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a VoIP specialist for a full-time role with one of our telecom clients. This position will provide top-notch virtual and on-site customer service to customers. You'll work directly with customers before, during and after their installation, promptly assisting them with the initial setup and configuration of their new voice solution.

Skills and Requirements

Prior Customer Service experience, ideally within the telecom industry Understanding of Unified Communications and VoIP technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills familiarity with Momentum or Alianza voice services 4 or more years total telecom industry experience
