Account Manager SE

Make your next move matter

At Mölnlycke, we help healthcare professionals improve outcomes for patients every day. In Wound Care, we develop solutions that support faster healing and better care — and we’re now looking for an Account Manager to join our Acute Care team in Sweden, based in Stockholm .

This is a field-based commercial role coveringStockholm and Östergötland, withNorrbotten as a satellite region, focused on building strong customer relationships and driving long-term growth across the hospital setting.

Where you’ll make a difference

You’ll take ownership of your territory and work closely with healthcare stakeholders to grow business, strengthen partnerships, and position Mölnlycke’s premium wound care solutions in a highly competitive market.

In Stockholm, you’ll work closely with another Account Manager, sharing responsibility across the hospital landscape and collaborating towards the overall performance of the Stockholm territory.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and develop relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers

  • Drive business growth through proactive account management and pipeline development

  • Lead value-based customer discussions focused on clinical and economic outcomes

  • Support tender implementation and identify new commercial opportunities

  • Collaborate with Sales Manager, Product Manager and wider commercial teams

  • Stay close to the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape

What you bring

We’re looking for someone with strong commercial drive, resilience, and a genuine hunter mindset.

You likely bring:

  • Experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar commercial role

  • Sales experience from healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or adjacent industries

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage a territory

  • A motivated, driven, and solution-oriented mindset

  • The ambition and potential to continue developing and take on broader responsibilities over time

  • Fluent Swedish and English

  • Valid driving licence

Previous leadership or people management experience can be an advantage, particularly for someone now looking to combine strong commercial responsibility with continued long-term development.

Wound care experience is a plus — but commercial mindset and healthcare sales experience matter most.

What you’ll get

  • A strong onboarding and support structure

  • Opportunity to grow within a global healthcare company

  • Flexible field-based working environment

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package

  • Collaborative and people-focused culture
