NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Desktop Services Technician to join their team in Stockton, California.

Job Description:

IT End User Services Technician – (FSO 2)

Day to Day Job Duties:

In a Hospital environment:

• Imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations.

• Install minor peripheral devices and printers.

• Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and

peripherals.

• Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management

system.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience.

• 3-5 years of strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment,

network printing systems and Microsoft Office & Google Suite modules.

• 3-5 years of solid customer service communications.

Degree: Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Healthcare environment experience a plus.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
