As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time CPR Preparedness Patrol in Trophy Club, TX , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and/or other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions requiring attention.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escort requests, and help maintain an orderly environment for patients and visitors.

• Document observations, incidents, and/or patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
