Job Description
Digital Commerce Manager
(Mt. Sterling, KY)
Approve new pieces and maintain catalog of digital art reproductions for sale listing; determine prices, subtotals, taxes, and shipping costs for products; compose descriptions and images of products for posting; manage digital storefront, making sure products are listed properly and that the website functions correctly; create and prepare marketing material for products; manage orders, invoices, and receipts for products; receive and process customer payments through electronic transfer systems; ensure that all reproduction orders are properly printed; ship sold products to customers, packaging for safe delivery; communicate with customers through phone, email, and other digital means, addressing questions and complaints about products, policies, shipping, and the like, and cancel and refund orders when needed; calculate budgets, revenue, sales, and expenses, using spreadsheet and accounting software; supervise all printing operations to ensure quality of product
Min Req: HS Diploma
3 yrs exp in digital commerce
Knowledge of printing processes and digital commerce techniques, customer service skills, use of word processing and spreadsheet software.
