Job Description:
The Role:
Entegris is seeking a new Senior Specialist, Finance Business Partner to support our Global Supply Chain Planning and Global Quality organizations. This new hire will be a key business partner, responsible forproviding financial analysis,forecastingsupport, and decision-making insights that drive operational performance and support enterpriseobjectives.
A primary responsibility of this position will be partnering with Supply and Demand Planning teams to enhance the accuracy of inventory forecasts, align financial plans with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, and improve visibility to inventory, volume, and supply chain performance. The new Finance Business Partner will support forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Long-Range Planning (SLRP), and monthly performance reviews while helping drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data quality.
What You'll Do:
Partner closely with Supply and Demand Planning teams to improve inventory forecast accuracy andidentifyrisks and opportunities.
Develop reporting and analytics tomonitorforecast accuracy, inventory trends, and supply-demand imbalances
Support initiatives to standardize and automate inventory forecasting and planning processes globally
Partner with Global Quality leadership to manage budgets, forecasts, productivity initiatives, and cost improvement opportunities.
Provide financial guidance to business partners and support fact-based decision making.
Participate in cross-functional reviews including S&OP, IBP, forecast reviews, and operational business reviews.
Support monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Strategic Long-Range Planning (SLRP) processes.
Prepare financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance and operational decisions.
Monitor and explain variances to budget, forecast, and prior year results.
Support monthly management reporting and executive presentations.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
Identifyopportunities to automate financial reporting and planning activities.
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process simplification, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.
What We Seek:
2-5 years of experiencein a Financial Analyst or relevant Accounting position, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in accounting or financepreferred
Strong knowledge regarding USgenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced,dynamicglobal environment.
Confidence to communicate opinions to, and influence decisions of diverse business partners in various geographies
Proactive, future-looking, positiveattitude.
Proficient SAP,Exceland PowerPoint skills.
Experience with process improvement initiatives
Experience with data analysis and dashboard creation throughPowerBI
Strong communication(written and oral), ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners.
Competence in dealingwith veryconfidential data andinformation.
Interest in or exposure to using AI (i.e., CoPilot) to make finance processes more efficient preferred.

Compensation: $85,500- $114,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
