Project Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a leading financial services organization. This individual will lead medium-complexity projects from initiation through completion, partnering with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives on time and within scope. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, governance, and overall project execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship builder who can drive projects forward, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree PMP Certification (PMI) 4+ years of project management experience leading medium-complexity projects Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.) Financial services or banking industry experience Experience managing organizational change initiatives Smartsheet, Visio, and Microsoft Teams experience Knowledge of IT systems, application delivery, or systems integration Experience leveraging AI, automation, or analytics tools to improve project delivery
