ELI COMMUNICATIONS LIAISON: Lexitas provides legal support services where detail-oriented, proactive communicators excel at research, client engagement, and accuracy.
LOCATION: This is a full-time, Remote position. Lexitas provides a fully equipped home office setup, including a company-issued laptop.
PAY RATE: $20/hr

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lexitas is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Enhanced Location Identification Specialist to serve as a key liaison between our Enhanced Location Identification (ELI) team, clients, and Records business units. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented researcher who enjoys solving complex information challenges, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
As a critical member of our operations team, you will leverage your research expertise, communication skills, and knowledge of internal systems to identify provider and facility affiliations, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Success in this position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary liaison between the Enhanced Location Identification team, clients, and Records business units.

Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes while ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Provide high-level client support and maintain strong client relationships.

Proofread and distribute client communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.

Conduct detailed research to identify affiliations between healthcare providers and facilities.
-
Research and verify provider and facility addresses, contact information, and related data.

Utilize and maintain knowledge of all Lexitas operating systems and databases.
-
Track performance metrics and update spreadsheets and reports on a daily basis.

Support operational efficiency through data management and process improvements.

Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and business objectives.

Assist with presentations, coaching, and training initiatives as needed.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the legal services industry required.

Experience conducting research, managing client communications, or supporting operational workflows preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Proven ability to manage confidential information and maintain data accuracy.

Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is not a supervisor position.
