Our current drive is toward improving the treatment of pulmonary hypertension (PH). We will continue to combine our proprietary, innovative PRINT® Technology with new and established medications, offering the potential for both better precision and improved clinical outcomes. Our team members include some of the industry’s top scientists, clinicians, business strategists, engineers, and pharmaceutical executives. We work together to help people lead longer, healthier, and happier lives.
Job Summary The Sales Area Director (AD) will be responsible for leading and managing half of the national sales organization — four Regional Business Directors (RBDs) and, through them, their regional teams — accelerating growth of both Yutrepia and Treprostinil Injection in the PAH marketplace. This role will report to the SVP of Sales and combines senior sales leadership with a heavy emphasis on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development and engagement to help move business, executive-level customer relationships, and cross-collaboration with all company functions that impact sales. The AD is expected to spend 30-50% of their time in the field with customers and RBDs, connect top customers and KOLs to other key executives across the organization, and exhibit business knowledge of the national landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the PAH marketplace. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

-
High social intelligence, integrity, and professionalism; strong executive presence
-
Lead, manage, and develop 4 Regional Business Directors and, through them, their regional teams (approximately 8 sales representatives per region) across half of the country, ensuring consistent execution of the national sales strategy
-
Own sales performance, forecasting, and strategic business planning for the Area, in alignment with National expectations and the SVP of Sales
-
Drive heavy, sustained Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development and engagement — building and maintaining strategic relationships with top KOL’s across the Area to help move business and support the growth of Yutrepia
