About the Role
As a FACETS QA Test Lead- Billing & Claims, y ou will make an impact by leading end-to-end testing initiatives for healthcare payer platforms, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of FACETS Claims and Billing solutions. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with clients, business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional delivery teams to drive successful project outcomes.
In This Role, You Will:

Lead end-to-end FACETS Claims and Billing testing activities across multiple projects and releases.

Define and implement testing strategies, execution plans, quality governance frameworks, and reporting processes.

Manage testing teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality delivery.

Oversee claims and billing validation, defect lifecycle management, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.

Collaborate with clients, business SMEs, developers, and project stakeholders to support successful UAT, release, and go-live execution.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

Extensive experience with FACETS Billing Modul e, i ncluding invoicing, premium calculation, payment processing, and reconciliation .

Strong experience in FACETS Claims (Dental) Processing and Billing Testing.

Deep understanding of the Healthcare Payer domain, including claims adjudication processes and payer business workflows .

S trong SQL skills for backend testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities.

Proven experience in test planning, execution, defect management, test reporting, and quality assurance governance.

Demonstrated ability to lead testing teams and manage complex project deliveries.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Experience working on large-scale healthcare payer transformation programs.

Knowledge of healthcare enrollment, membership, provider, or payment workflows.

Experience supporting UAT, release management, and production deployment activities.

Exposure to test automation and modern quality engineering practices.

Experience collaborating directly with healthcare clients and executive stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until August 10, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 – $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
