Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Python Developer to join a growing developer team focused on building the integration layer that powers complex business-to-business data exchange. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging backend problems, designing scalable APIs, and creating reliable data transformations between disparate systems.
You'll help develop services and integrations that enable organizations to exchange critical operational, transaction, and compliance data across multiple platforms. Success in this role requires strong technical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently drive solutions in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Requirements

Strong Python experience (5+ years) — comfortable with typed, async, well-tested code

Solid grasp of modeling and querying relational / connected data — entities, relationships, and how to traverse them efficiently

Self-driven: can take an ambiguous problem, break it down, and run with it

Strong team communication — shows up to standups, keeps project tracking up to date, responsive on Slack, and good at surfacing questions and blockers early (and clearly)

Comfortable using AI coding tools while staying healthily skeptical of their output — you verify, you don't blindly trust Experience with modern code quality standards: github, CICD pipelines, project management tracking, linting and testing, test driven development, debugging, high availability software practices

Familiarity with supply chain / traceability standards: GS1, EPCIS, GDST, EDI, X12

Experience with FastAPI, MongoDB, or Pydantic Background in logistics, food traceability, or similar domains
