  • has experience building systems from 0-1 and 1-100: both bringing a fresh concept to life and hammering out details as they automate/scale it

  • designing systems & abstracting complex flows comes naturally to them

  • cares deeply about the craft behind the systems they build

  • enjoys high agency environments and is thoughtful about what they build & how they build it
