Full job description
The NVIDIA Operations organization is seeking a technology professional for the Senior Technical Program Manager position. This role supports initiatives in the Supply Chain Business Transformation organization. In your role as a Senior Technical Program Manager within our team, you will drive various technical, process, and application initiatives that require your technical leadership and process knowledge directly supporting the Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality and Service Operations teams. You will clarify and challenge objectives, develop roadmaps, assess the complexity and risks, drive process improvements/reengineering and partner with highly skilled technical resources to deliver quality solutions with agility and speed.
What you’ll be doing:

Organize and drive planning, requirements, scheduling, and standup/retrospective discussions

Lead efforts to improve processes for the businesses
-
Support the engineering teams in estimating and prioritizing tasks in order to maintain a realistic schedule
-
Lead multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
-
Identify project scope, define success criteria, manage initiative risks, and outline resource requirements with business owners
-
Be responsible for the requirements & development of business use cases. Lean in to draft business requirements.

Set expectations with partners and team members regularly, provide project updates, and communicate key decisions on project scope

Interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams and different org levels
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent experience
-
12+ years of proven experience
-
Able to work on multiple projects with a team of engineers and other teammates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
-
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills together including effective writing and speaking/presentations with proficiency in adjusting your message to suit different levels of management
-
Ability to adapt to new challenges and promote delivery of software on time and at the highest quality possible
-
Knowledge in operational processes in semi-chips, boards, systems, and servers with a view of the data and process landscape
-
Supply Chain experience is a must, and experience leading IT Applications/infrastructure and Data Analytics projects
-
Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities

Ability to engage with IT & business leaders to unblock projects as needed and the ability to thrive within an agile & scrum methodology
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with different frameworks and requirements
-
Project Management Professional Certification a plus, and experience in Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Networks, and Quality
-
Cloud environments, Data, and Data science experience, or other related technical background
-
Demonstrate attention to finding opportunities for process improvement
-
Show previous experience with developing systems at cloud scale
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
