You will be the Security Representative for the Security Team. Our team is responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs to ensure compliance with government regulations and protect classified and proprietary information.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Security Representative you will be responsible for leading security initiatives, managing SAP/SCI program requirements, and providing expert guidance to government customers.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and audit security programs for classified and export‑controlled data.

  • Serve as Contractor SAP Security Officer and support Special Access Programs.

  • Prepare implementation manuals and procedures for handling classified materials.

  • Conduct security education classes and investigate security violations.

  • Process clearances, coordinate customer visits, and support classified meetings.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to be considered.

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual.

  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.

  • Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Final Secret security clearance and background investigation performed within the last five years.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.

  • Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, ACSSO or physical security specialist.

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.

  • Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/ combined education. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible work arrangements and schedules (e.g., 4x10), 401(k) match, Paid time off, Holidays, Parental Leave, EAP, Flexible Spending Accounts, Education Assistance, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
