Your role at Clorox:

The Network Planner leads the development and execution of the Business Unit’s long-range supply plan, connecting demand, capacity, inventory, portfolio, and financial assumptions across a 3-to-24-month horizon. The role identifies risks and opportunities, evaluates supply scenarios and trade-offs, and translates complex data into a clear narrative that enables cross-functional alignment and informed leadership decisions.

In this role, you will:

  • Network planning: Own the 3-24 month demand-to-capacity plan, including inventory policy, working capital requirements, and rough-cut capacity planning.

  • Scenario analysis: Evaluate supply sufficiency, constraints, risks, opportunities, volume trade-offs, and profit-and-loss implications across multiple scenarios.

  • Portfolio integration: Incorporate new products, discontinuations, promotions, and other portfolio decisions into inventory and capacity plans.

  • Plan management: Maintain an accurate single plan by monitoring assumptions, constraints, performance, errors, and deviations throughout the IBP cycle.

  • Constraint resolution: Identify long-term network bottlenecks and recommend solutions across capacity, inventory policy, and network design.

  • Business narrative: Translate data and planning insights into a clear supply plan narrative for leadership decision-making.

  • Cross-functional leadership: Serve as the primary long-term planning contact for the Business Unit Supply Chain team and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Services.

  • Business budgeting: Lead supply chain assumptions for financial planning, including sourcing plans, inventory targets, production targets, and warehousing and distribution requirements.

  • Planning integration: Connect short-term operational trends with long-range supply assumptions and contribute to the planning community of practice.

  • Portfolio optimization co-lead: Co-lead the cross-functional portfolio optimization process, evaluating product complexity, network capacity, inventory, cost, and service implications to inform portfolio decisions and ensure alignment with long-range supply plans.

  • Innovation project co-lead: Co -lead cross-functional innovation projects to ensure successful commercialization and product launches. Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate supply chain readiness, identify risks and constraints, assess trade-offs, and develop mitigation plans that enable successful execution and go-live.

What we look for:

  • 7-10+ years of industry experience; consumer packaged goods or fast-moving consumer experience preferred.

  • Recent sales and operations planning or supply planning experience.

  • Operational supply chain experience, such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or inventory planning.

  • Experience influencing across functions and leading people.

EDUCATION & TOOLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Predictive Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with enterprise and supply planning tools; Kinaxis, SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.

  • Financial acumen, including working capital and profit-and-loss impacts

  • Inventory, capacity, and network planning

  • Strong data analysis and trend recognition

  • Forecast model and machine-learning awareness

  • Executive communication and presence

  • Influencing without authority

  • Fast prioritization and adaptability
