Full job description

Description

We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing execution, reporting, and sales support. This role combines marketing coordination with specialist-level ownership, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys managing projects, working across teams, and seeing initiatives through to completion.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll partner with sales, operations, and leadership to execute campaigns, maintain marketing materials, support CRM adoption, and track performance. An established graphic designer supports the team, so design responsibilities will primarily involve social media content and light updates to existing materials.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email, print, and web, keeping projects organized and on schedule.

  • Manage the social media calendar, create and schedule content, and monitor engagement, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

  • Coordinate the creation, editing, production, and distribution of brochures, flyers, sell sheets, presentations, and other sales materials.

  • Support Salesforce adoption and consistent CRM use, including campaign tracking, data accuracy, lead activity, and reporting.

  • Compile and analyze marketing and sales data using Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI to prepare reports and communicate results to leadership.

  • Update website content in WordPress, ensuring information is accurate, current, and consistent with brand standards.

  • Support email campaigns through content development, list coordination, deployment, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with sales and operations on customer communications, sales tools, and initiatives that support consistent pricing practices.

  • Develop customer success stories, project highlights, newsletters, and internal communications.

  • Coordinate marketing requests, maintain asset libraries, and support events, meetings, and promotional materials as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of projects and day-to-day execution.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities independently, meeting deadlines, and following through with minimal direction.

  • Strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Confidence working with executives and collaborating across sales, operations, and marketing teams.

  • Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing, marketing collateral, and website updates.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM, along with experience tracking campaign activity and preparing reports.

  • Familiarity with WordPress and Power BI or similar reporting tools.

  • Ability to work fully onsite in Pasadena, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B marketing experience, particularly within industrial, manufacturing, equipment, construction, or energy environments. Relevant experience in other industries will also be considered.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting multiple locations or field-based sales teams.
