Job Duties

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Anoka School District in Minnesota for a full-time contract opportunity. This position offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and weekly pay while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and language development.

Position Details

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Anoka School District, Minnesota

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

Schedule: School-based, full-time hours

Compensation: Competitive pay with weekly direct deposit

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student services.

Requirements

Active Minnesota State Speech Language Pathologist License

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Education Required

Master of Communication Sciences and Disorders

Minimum Experience Required
