Lead the Projects Powering the Future of Talent Acquisition
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Payrate: $42.53 | Standard work day
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator to partner with a leading HVAC manufacturing organization and help drive strategic recruiting initiatives that directly impact business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, data-driven professional who enjoys bringing people, processes, and projects together. You’ll work across Talent Acquisition, HR, business leadership, RPO partners, HR Technology, People Analytics, and vendors to improve hiring outcomes and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator , you’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute high-priority recruiting initiatives from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Coordinate end-to-end Talent Acquisition projects, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance.

Establish project cadence, maintain action logs, track risks and issues, and document key decisions.

Develop clear, executive-ready project status updates and reporting.

Collaborate with TA, HR, business stakeholders, RPO partners, and vendors to remove roadblocks and keep hiring initiatives on track.

Build and maintain TA dashboards, reporting packages, and data-quality routines using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI , and related tools.

Analyze recruiting data and market insights to support talent acquisition strategy and decision-making.

Coordinate recruiting campaigns, talent intelligence initiatives, market mapping, and media strategy recommendations.

Support requisition readiness, interview and selection processes, process design, and service-delivery escalations.

Coordinate vendor and RPO performance routines to promote accountability and timely execution.

Apply structured project management, A3 problem-solving, and daily-management practices to improve recruiting operations and consistency.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required.
-
2+ years of experience in project management, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, workforce planning, or related HR program delivery.
-
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
-
Experience with Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, dashboards, or related reporting tools .
-
Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership.
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience supporting global, regional, or multi-site Talent Acquisition initiatives .
-
Experience working with RPO providers, recruiting marketing vendors, HR Technology, or People Analytics teams .
-
Familiarity with A3 problem solving, Lean, Agile, PMP, or structured PMO methodologies .
-
Experience with recruiting campaign development, talent intelligence, market mapping, or media strategy.
-
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
-
Comfortable challenging existing processes constructively and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Pay Details: $42.53 per hour
