At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
  • Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
  • Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
  • Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly
  • Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
  • Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates
  • Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
  • Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active LPN license in good standing
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
