Full job description

Job Title: Brand Engagement Manager I

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $60 - $64/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Step in to support ongoing paid media and brand engagement efforts by helping plan, execute, and report on campaign performance across relevant channels.

  • Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to maintain continuity between brand priorities and media alignment.

  • Coordinate with agency partners to support channel mix recommendations and tactical planning.

  • Collaborate with data and CRM partners to help leverage first-party (1P) data for more efficient consumer targeting.

  • Consolidate learnings and insights from agency partners and internal activation teams to deliver regular reporting and actionable recommendations.

What's Needed?

  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in paid media at a senior manager or director level.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large data sets, optimizing KPIs, and interpreting campaign performance.

  • Proven experience managing media agencies and overseeing large-scale budgets.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across commercial, marketing, CRM, analytics, and global/corporate teams.
