How you’ll make an impact in this role

Evaluate patient abilities to perform independent living skills and design personalized care plans that promote recovery.

Deliver targeted therapeutic care while documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

Empower patients and families through education on daily living strategies, adaptive equipment choices and safe discharge planning.

Guide certified assistants and support technicians to ensure high-quality care that meets practice standards.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
-
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
