Key Responsibilities (Scheduler):

• Scheduling: Coordinate clinician schedules for clients and field employees.

• Communication & Intake: Manage incoming phone calls, accurately document messages, and maintain confidential communications between families, care teams, and healthcare professionals.

• Administrative Support: Fax documents, liaise with physician offices to obtain signed orders, and assist with filing, copying, and preparing client and new-hire packets.

• On-Call Support: Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as part of the office rotation.

• General Operations: Assist with additional office tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

  • Background in Home Health, Caregiving, or Office Management.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Preferred: CNA certification, or prior experience in scheduling, staffing, or hiring.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

• Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 / hour
