Participates in quality and performance improvement activities to improve patient outcomes, utilizing literature, research, and evidence-based practice. Acts as a liaison between physicians, sales consultants, internal customers, and the management team, ensuring ongoing communication. Performs all aspects of clinical patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration according to policy and procedure. Assesses, interprets, and reports diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition, and complete follow-up assessments and evaluations. Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions and modify care plans as needed. Serves in a leadership role, collaborating and coordinating patient care activities among the interdisciplinary patient care team. Identifies patient needs and develop or modify care plans accordingly. Supervises other healthcare team members in the clinical setting. Shares unit performance improvement data with staff and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies. Participates in unit/service line budgeting processes to ensure a cost-effective, quality-focused environment, and ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available. Provides input for personnel performance evaluations, recognize staff needs for additional skills, and recommend pertinent education. Promotes a safe environment by supervising and initiating appropriate actions in emergency situations, identifying environmental concerns, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Work Experience:

  • Unit related experience is required for unit placement [Required]

Pay Range:

$34.32 - $63.84 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
