Daikin Applied is now hiring for a Trade Show Coordinator in Plymouth, MN!

Daikin Applied is a global leader in providing innovative HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial applications. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tradeshow Coordinator to join our dynamic Corporate Events Team. Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid

Timeline: This is a part-time role to start immediately

What you will do:

Support Sr Manager on large trade shows

Partner with exhibit house on show services and small trade shows

Manager internal trade show website with event schedules

Partner with Marketing team to support show related social media

Build and maintain industry relationships

Support shipping of event materials

Partner with Indirect Sourcing on company promotional store

Minimum Qualifications:

1 year trade show experience

Fluent in Smartsheet, Microsoft Outlook, CVENT

MN based temporary employeesare eligiblefor up to 48 hours of Sick and Safe time but is prorated based on their start date in the calendar year. Temporary workers in other locations vary by state policy.

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from$24.00 - $27.00 an hour in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law. Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing. All testing and employment decisions will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
