Our client, a premier hospitality and resort destination, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to join their leadership team. As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all facilities and maintenance operations while leading a team focused on safety, preventive maintenance, and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager
Location: Corona, CA
Pay Range : $75,000 - $80,000/year + 10% incentive opportunity
What's the Job?

Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations for a resort environment, including buildings, equipment, grounds, pools, spas, and guest areas.

Supervise, coach, and develop facilities and maintenance staff while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.Manage work order systems, preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and repair activities.

Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, spa, and other facility systems to ensure reliable operation.

Monitor inventory, maintenance supplies, and departmental budgets while identifying opportunities for improved efficiency.
What's Needed?
-
High school diploma along with CPO Certification. HVAC certification is highly preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of facilities management experience overseeing facilities operations and maintenance teams.

Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and motivate employees.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, preventive maintenance, and building systems.

Experience with OSHA regulations, workplace safety programs, and contractor management.
