Summary:

Floating teachers substitute for classroom teachers as needs arise, including absences, break coverage, and providing additional support. Adheres to mission, vision, and core values, implementation of service standards, contributes to a warm and friendly environment, and family and staff engagement.

•Manages classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals.

•Follows absent teachers lesson plans

•Maintain a safe and effective learning environment for students

•Develop meaningful lesson plans that are tailored to interests of the group and focus on play, formingconnections with children, and support a developmental curriculum.
