Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $33.00/hour

Shift: Hybrid schedule: 3 days on campus, 2 days remote, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST

What’s a typical day as - Intern / Co-Op (Undergraduate)? You’ll be:

  • Managing spare parts inventory and tooling operations to support field service readiness

  • Coordinating tool calibration and ensuring field engineers have required equipment

  • Processing administrative tasks including ordering, shipping, and tracking tools for engineering teams

  • Preparing standardized monthly project presentations and facilitating recurring project review meetings

  • Tracking project deliverables and ownership through Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs)

  • Supporting change management activities, including coordinating engineering changes and routing requests

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (must have completed at least sophomore year before Co-op starts)

  • Are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Can work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams

  • Are able to work onsite at the Palm Beach Gardens campus in FL as part of a hybrid schedule
