IT Support Analyst

Description

Robert Half is working with a client in the Atlanta-metro area for a IT Support Analyst.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and application problems.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets within established SLAs.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and software deployments.

• Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures in knowledge base systems.

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment setup and account provisioning.

• Monitor IT systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive solutions.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.

• Provide end-user training and technical guidance to improve productivity.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment

• Ability to work on site in a metro-Atlanta area
