What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs

• Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs

• Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery

• Communicate inspection findings and additional service recommendations

• Coordinate effectively with technicians to ensure timely repairs

• Keep customers informed with clear updates regarding vehicle status, timelines, and costs

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business

What You'll Bring

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred

• Automotive technician experience is a plus

• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department

• Knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle systems

• Professional, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
