Role Summary As Workplace Operations Manager based in our Palo Alto office — Mistral's North America HQ (~11k sq ft in Downtown Palo Alto) — you'll own the day-to-day operations and overall office experience. You'll manage vendors, run employee engagement events, coordinate onboarding, and serve as a culture champion. Reporting to the Office Management Lead AMER/APAC, you'll also support regional programs and initiatives, with a path to grow into a right-hand role for the broader AMER/APAC workplace strategy. What You Will Do:

  • Daily Office Operations — daily inspections, mail/packages, facilities & building management, food/snack/beverage programs

  • Vendor & Facilities Management — vendor relationships & contracts, maintenance/repairs, evaluation cadence

  • Employee Experience & Onboarding — new hire desk setup/equipment/onboarding, swag programs, first point of contact for employee questions

  • Event Programming & Culture — all-hands, holiday parties, team offsites; building an attendance/engagement strategy

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years in Office Management or Workplace Operations (startup/scale-up a plus)

  • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ticketing systems

  • Experience with access control & visitor management systems

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Service-oriented, proactive, discreet, with a positive can-do attitude

  • Experience with workplace/space utilization data (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Experience with office build-outs, relocations, or renovations
