  • Lineman - Build, maintain, and repair overhead telecommunication lines.

  • Field Quality Control Technician - Inspect completed work, identify issues and help ensure every project meets quality standards.

  • Utility Locator - Locate and mark underground utilities to help keep crews and communities safe.

  • Supervisor - Aerial, underground, splicing and more supervisor roles available. In these roles you will supervise 3-5 crews in their daily work.

What you’ll do

  • Perform daily tasks and support projects in your assigned area, department, or job site;

  • Collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and customers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently;

  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures;

  • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, or software relevant to your specific role;

  • Adapt to changing environments, site conditions, or project requirements;

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skills.

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Class A or Class B CDL (varies by position)

  • Safe driving record

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
