Full job description

2454 North 27th Street, Decatur, IL, United States | Decatur, IL | Hourly | 28-33 per hour | Full Time

The Kelly Group is seeking an Iron & Steel Erector for work in Decatur, Illinois, and the surrounding area. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of construction experience.

Travel opportunities — with road pay and per diem — are periodically available for this position.

The essential functions of this position include:

  • Ironwork and connecting steel

  • Structural welding

  • Setting up and using torches

  • Setting up rigging and working at heights

Other qualifications sought include:

  • Industrial construction experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to company insurer
